Tuesday night… double spinfit night. I was actually really looking forward to it. 😀
Helen was off and we had our usual stand in Catherine. She’s good at what she does, but has a few weird things she does. She’s not as good as Helen banter wise, but she knows her stuff and knows spinfit. It was roasting in the class, so I was sweating a lot, through hard work and the heat.
I put my garmin on to track my heart rate, and noticed the second class seemed to be cut short to about 32 minutes (about mins short)… suited me fine because we were working hard.
Spinfit 1: 45 minutes, Approx 550 calories.
Ave HR: 132 (69%), Max HR: 159 (83%)
The two sessions were different, which I like. Usually we do the same workout twice, and it means you know what’s coming…and it usually means I don’t work as hard in the second class. It’s good getting a different workout from Catherine too, but I’d always opt for Helen if I had the choice. 🙂
We had quite a bit of Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and a that song… ‘gonna make you sweat’.. which she did. 🙂 The music was good.
Spinfit 2: 40 minutes, Approx 500 calories.
Ave HR: 129 (68%), Max HR: 158 (83%)
