Spin Step Ups Bike Workout

Here is the plan for Wednesday morning bike workout:

S1Spin Step ups
Indoor bike
Low resistance (level 7-8)
45 minutes.

Focus on speed of feet not force on pedals.

Can be done on the road if course is flat or slightly downhill.

1. Warm up: 10 mins @ 80 rpm then increase cadence:
2. 5 x 3 mins @ 90 rpm, 2 mins @ 100 rpm, 1 min @ 110 rpm.
3. Cool down: 5 mins.
