Next weeks circuits and new kit

My hamstrings have just about recovered from the 2 x 30 minute circuit sessions on Monday and Thursday of last week.

Next week my circuits will involve:

10 exercises, 4 reps each, 30:15 (work:rest ratio)

JUMPING JACKS
SQUAT JUMPS
PRESS UPS
ALTERNATING FRONT SWING (6KG)
SHOULDER PRESS (6KG)
BENT OVER ROW (6KG)
SPRINTS
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
TRICEP PULL OVER (6KG)
SLEDGE HAMMER (6KG/12KG)

Oh and I got this little piece of kit so I can do my Insanity Workout where ever I want!! I bought it as new so that I wasn’t shelling out too much for it, and it’s come through in great condition.

Unfortunately I live in a second floor flat and there just isn’t the room in front of the telly to do the workout (and i can’t see the neighbours liking me jumping up and down).  So I’ll be doing it either at work (extra wee building with a gym room in it) or at Bella (extra wee room).  😀
