With the idea of me trying to change direction with my training (away from running because of my injury… sniff sniff)… I’ve added the following pages with information on other training methods on the above main bar:
The Bike page gives various training you can do on a bike. It’s based on heart rate training and allows you to mix up your training based on the type of training you want to do (ie Endurance, Speed, Time Trail.
The Insanity Workout page… well take a look see. It’s an intense DVD workout from the states… a new one for me… I’ll be interested to see how I get on with it. 🙂
