Change of direction

Today I’m going to move away from concentrating on running so much and hopefully give my leg a but of time to recover.

I’m going to go to the gym, do a 10 minute run and see how my legs holds up. Then I’ll do the following strength exercises (tabata 4 x 10, 30:15) plus some leg strengthening exercises. (walt reynolds, lie down stretches for my IT band)

    so that’s your recovery from 31 miles.Good job it’s an iphone, on an ipad you could of got another 20 items on the page
