Today I’m going to move away from concentrating on running so much and hopefully give my leg a but of time to recover.
I’m going to go to the gym, do a 10 minute run and see how my legs holds up. Then I’ll do the following strength exercises (tabata 4 x 10, 30:15) plus some leg strengthening exercises. (walt reynolds, lie down stretches for my IT band)
