4.75M speed session

I’m going to do a wee 4.75 miles speed session on Thursday morning at Bella…aim is a 1 mile warm up followed by 6 repeats of 0.25 miles fast, with 0.25 miles recovery, then a 0.75 mile recovery.

The red on the map is where we’ll pick up the pace (yellow is recovery):
