Training plan for next three weeks

I thought I’d put down what I aim to go over the next three weeks before the women’s 10k and before I go on holiday to Portugal for a week. 😀

The table at the bottom is the 15 day weather forecast from Accuweather.com/ukie.  I’m taking from the 28th April – 2nd of May off and we may go away somewhere so I’ve kind of penciled out that time as rest day.  Other than that hopefully I’ll be able to fit it all in.

I’ve also put on what an ‘average week’ should look like over the next wee while.  I want to do the 10k, and perhaps swim to give my body a rest and a new challenge.  Then after I come back from holiday I might attempt to restart bodypump and start up the circuits again.  🙂
