Monday night was a trip to Bella Park like last week… the same route in and around the park: 3.6 miles. This week we did it at more or less the same steady pace as last week. 8:50 – 9 minute miles.
I was meant to do circuits like last week, but I was hungry so opted to go home instead. I’ll maybe try and catch up later in the week as I know how good circuits are for me. There is an actual circuits class on at 1830 at Bella, and I’m wondering whether I should try it?
