Wk8 Training Plan

Week 8 is an easy week… which means no ‘long runs’… the most I’ll have in the plan is 8 miles.  🙂

Mon: AM: 4.3M
PM: Swim Session 2 / Circuits
Tue: AM: 5.1M
PM: Double Spinfit
Wed: PM: 8M (or do 4-5 and 8 on Saturday/Sunday)
Thu: AM: 6.2M time trial
PM: Circuits? / Swim
Fri: Rest
Sat: Rest or  8M run / Cycle.
Sun: Rest

The aim will be to do 4 runs, easy, medium, time trial and longish.  I’ll try and fit in Circuits too as I missed them out last week.  🙂
