Wk7 Training Plan

Here is the plan for Week 7:

MON: Rest (Valentines :-D)
TUE: AM 4.3M Easy run
PM Double Spinfit (or 45 mins Circuits & Spinfit)
WED: 5-6M Easy run (with Gemma)
THU: AM 6M Tempo run (1M warm up, 4-5M 7.7mph)
PM 45 mins circuits (and or swim)
FRI: AM Swim Session 2 (if not done on Thursday night)
SAT: 20M Long run with Julie Ann
SUN: Rest
