I’ve updated my 14 week Lochaber Marathon Training Plan, based on what I’ve done so far and what I plan to do. It’s been good being able to be flexible on whether to run my hard run on the Wednesday or Thursday morning, and my easy 4.3 mile run on the Monday or the Tuesday depending on how I’ve felt.
Week 7 now, and I’m taking a rest day today… not swimming… or running… I’ll catch up with the run tomorrow morning and the swim maybe on Thursday night or Friday morning. Then week 8 is an easier week with a short run at the weekend (8 miles!). 😀
