Wk6 – Bodyweight circuits (+ bike warm up)

I did a wee 10 minute warm up on the bike tonight before Pauline and Gail showed up for circuits.  Bike: 2.9M, 10 mins, 110 calories

Then onto circuits, Pauline and Gail did the first 6 exercises, then I finished off with the last 4:

10 exercises, 5-6 reps each, 30:15.
Ave HR: 118, Max HR: 155. 360 calories.

JUMPING JACKS
SQUAT JUMPS
PLANK WALK UPS
ALTERNATING LUNGES
BEAT YOUR BOOTS
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
FLOOR TO HIGH REACHES
TRICEP DIPS
RUSSIAN TWISTS

Hopefully Pauline and Gail liked it. It’s my last proper workout of the week before the long run on Saturday. I’ll enjoy my rest day tomorrow. 🙂
