Wk5 – Double Spinfit

Tuesday night. I wasn’t booked in for Spinfit, but luckily some bikes had been repaired and there were a few extra available. I managed to fit it in for two sessions.

The first session was hard work and I was sweating like I don’t know what. The second session began about 5 minutes later and I really found it hard to think about getting going again. I did though.

As usual Helen was very motivational and funny. I gave her the vs in the first class and told her to f£&k off in the next class. Oops. On that strength track, it’s so hard. But so worth it.

Double Spinfit: 90 mins, approx 1100 calories.
