18 mile long run plan

Back to running long runs this weekend… I’m thinking I’d like to do another out and back route.  18 miles is the aim for Saturday – so 9 miles out, and back.  I’m going to run from Bella, into Pollock Park and follow the National Cycle Network route 75 through to Paisley.  I’ve been on most of it, and hopefully there will be some signs towards the end of the 9 mile distance.  I think Julie Ann is joining me which will be good.
