Tuesday night = Spinfit night. Usual night with Helen, crazy lady. She had new tunes tonight and a new workout which is always good. Nice to get a change.
There was a bit of Pink and Lady Gaga, Faster Kill Pussycat, and I can’t remember the others. Good warm up, then a speed track, then hills and then intervals. And there was a good strength/jumps track too.

Now I’ve not run since Saturday and I’ve got about 35 miles running to do before the year is out so I can get my 262 mile challenge!! Better get back to it!!
