Tuesday night was spinfit as usual. Helen took it and as usual was funny and entertaining. She did the first class with varied songs which I think actually gave me more of a workout. (Or perhaps it just seemed harder).
When I know the tracks I tend to take rest when I feel I need it as I know the next track is going to be tough. I also cheat a bit (not putting resistance on as much or whatever) when I know I can get away with it.
It was good anyway. Helen was asking for ideas for songs so when we got home we both made some track lists up. I’ve now got them on my ipod to listen to (and run to). 🙂 I’ll post them on here soon.
