Here are my weights routines for December… I’m going to stick to one or two of them, and maybe mix in a few of the exercises once I get back into it.

The plan is to do what I did in May of this year and do low reps, with high weights … 5×5 in general.  I got a good workout from it earlier in the year (before I got bored of it!) and it’ll be good to get back into it.  Maybe start it on Saturday (starting with lower weights than are on there to start).
