Oh what a laugh we had tonight! Wonder Woman, Super Girl, Little Red Riding Hood, PC Plod and a Reindeer did two spinfit classes tonight.
Helen the instructor was aptly dressed as Wonder Woman which she suited well. And we had songs including Michael Jackson Thriller and Christina Agulera Supergirl.
I was really really hot and sweaty in my outfit…much more so than when I did the half marathon as I had the wind/air around me when I was running outside – so tonight’s sessions were hard work!!
