Last night after I’d wrapped all the presents I decided I would try the 100 push ups app I downloaded the other night. You do a push up test to start… I did 10. I used to be able to do 20 quite easily and would do 4 sets of 20 at the gym – so this is just maybe a more progressive way of getting myself to be able to do more.
Once you’ve done your test, it sets up a 6 week programme to get you to the level of being able to do 100 push ups by the end of the 6 weeks. The app has graphs and logs and you are able to export your results to csv too.
Last night after the test I did 5 sets of push ups:
6, 6, 4, 4, 5 = 25. Easy.
You are meant to do it 3 times a week, so we’ll see what happens. 😀 Let see if I remember to do it!!
