Challenges … challenges!

So I spent a bit of time at lunchtime setting up some challenges on… based on my winter training plan – I set a challenge of running 262 miles up to the end of 2010.  (An average of 22 miles a week).  Achievable I thought.  Fingers crossed.

My challenge automatically uploaded onto facebook…and one of my (mad) running / triathlete friends Rob from Wick decided it would be a good challenge to take up.  He set up a page on facebook… and we’ve invited people to join.

The group is open so anyone can join.  All you do is each time you run, post on the wall : 262 – miles run =  X miles to go.

And to cover off anyone who cycles more than they run, the challenge is 1,000 mile before the end of the year!

A good way to get people who are interested in the same things as you challenged and motivated!  Lets see how many ‘members’ the group gets!
