Wk28 – Tuesday night gym then spinfit

On Tuesday night I did the usual gym then spin fit.  Luckily we had a good spinfit instructor for once… Cathryn – professional and similiar style to Helen.  Thankfully.
 
In the gym I did my workout 1 again.  3rd time.  This time for some reason I couldn’t lift as heavy with my legs, but managed everything else.
 
LEG PRESS / CALF PRESS – 1 x 8 – 240lbs, 3 x 8 – 220lbs (x2)
SHOULDER PRESS / BENT OVER ROW – 4 x 8 – 12kg (x2)
BENCH PRESS / SINGLE ARM ROW – 4 x 8 – 16kg / 4 x 16 – 16kg
3 x 6 x 20
PRESS UP / CRUNCH / TORNADO CHOP (10kg) / V SIT UP / REVERSE CRUNCH / LEABE FORWARD KNEE PLANK
TRICEP PUSH DOWN – 1 x 8 – 60lbs, 3 x 8 – 70lbs
BICEP CABLE CURL – 1 x 8 – 60lbs, 3 x 8 – 50lbs
 
Then Spin Fit with Cathryn – I worked hard… at some points I wanted to give up, but I guess that’s probably because we havent been doing it properly for the last few weeks!!!
 
45 mins for weights – 300 cals, 500 cals for spin fit.  Open-mouthed smile
