Saturday 22nd May – run, Sunday cycle, & Plan

On Saturday I ran 4 miles again, this time with my friend Jackie who is also injured.  4.34 miles, 43 mins, 465 cals.
 
 
4 miles is about the max I want to do right now, and I don’t want to get carried away with things. The run felt ok, with a little twinge again, but again, after it my ankle felt better.

Then on Sunday, the weather was so nice, I cycled up along the river and up High Street to Tiso to return a top.  It was scorching.  Nearly 6 miles in 35 minutes, 545 cals.
