Wk15 – Body pump

Ankle seems to be getting better… its still a little sore on the outside but not so much that I can’t walk and do other things carefully.
 
Went to bodypump as usual tonight… just took it easy. Lighter than normal weights.  And perhaps it was a good idea as it was the new routine this week.
 
BODY PUMP – 1 hour – 350 calories
WARM UP – 5KG
SQUATS – 7.5KG
CHEST – 5KG
BACK – 7.5KG
BICEPS – 3.5KG
TRICEPS -3.5KG
LUNGES – 7.5KG
SHOULDERS – 5KG / 2KG
ABS
 
I couldn’t do some of the abs as my neck was sore – and my back was sore getting on and off the step at points –  but other than that I was fine.
 
My ankle seemed to hold up and it’s just really my back that still needs some time.  should be ok for spin and weights tomorrow night. x
