Week 12 – Monday

A little tired from the Mighty Deerstalker the weekend before, I forced myself to go to Body Pump again on Monday of last week.  I lowered the weights again to the following:
 
WARM UP: 5kg
LEGS: 8.5kg
CHEST: 5kg
BACK: 7.5kg
BICEPS: 3.5kg
TRICEPS: 3.5kg
LUNGES: 8.5kg
SHOULDERS: 3.5kg / 3kg
 
It was ok, not too strenuous.  I plan to increase the weights again this week (wk 13).  Lorriane didn’t go on too much although she did mention the Mighty Deerstalker and there were 3 others who had been at it. Pretty good show I think!!
