Tuesday 23rd March (& Wednesday)

Tuesday of week 12 – I walked to work and got a lift to the gym after work.  I went right into the Weights when I got there and did a good hour of weights:
 
BICEP CURL – 3 X 10 – 8KG / OVERHEAD TRI EXT – 3 X 10 – 12KG
STANDING CALF RAISE – 3 X 20 – 12KG /  LUNGES – 3 X 10 – 12KG
HAMSTRING CURL – 3 X 15 – 80LBS / KNEE EXT – 3 X 15 – 80KG
POWER CLEAN – 3 X 10 – 8.5KG / GOOD MORNING – 3 X 10 – 8.5KG
CABLE CROSS OVERS – 3 X 15 – 40LBS / PEC FLYES – 3 X 15 – 40LBS
PRESS UPS – 3 X 20

Then I went on to do a Spin Fit class. Helen was off again so it was Cathleen this week. She was good – got stuck into it and made us work hard.  Ave HR: 136 (71%), Max HR: 156 (82%), 525 calories.
 
Then on Wednesday I had another rest day… getting used to having Wednesdays off…maybe once I stop doing mental things at the weekend I’ll be ok to do more on Wednesdays!!
