Rest

Wednesday is usually my day for a medium run and maybe a gym session or a swim, but this Wednesday I gave it a miss for a few reasons.  1. It was bloody horrible and snowy outside. 2. I gave my sister a lift to IKEA. 3. I didn’t feel great this week (sinuses I think).
 
Then on Thursday, I felt ok for a gym and BB, but at around 6pm… i realised that I would rather stay at home. Not like me, 2 weeks in a row I’ve missed BB!!  Hope I#’m up for it next week!!
 
Not sure what the plan is for the weekend.  I think I’d like to run 13.1 miles again at some point, and perhaps get another weights routine together to do on Sunday morning maybe.  😀
