Monday 29th – evening run

Ok – so my aim this week is to run 5 times… maybe go to the gym for an hour of weights and play an hour of basketball.
 
MON: 3.7M run
TUE: 6.3M run
WED: 5.1M run, weights in gym
THU: 5.1M run, Basketball
SAT: 12M run
SUN: Swim?
 
On Monday night I did the 3.7M run to Maxwell Park and back. 
32 mins, 400 cals, AVe HR: 150, Max HR: 163. Pace: 8:39 minute miles.6.9mph.
 
I ran it with a friend and it felt fine doing it.  It was bloody cold though!!
