Tuesday 17th – long cycle…

Went ot the gym on Tuesday night… I was very tempted to give it a miss as I haven’t been feelnig right – but went anyway… took it easy on the bike for an hour.
 
CYCLE: 1 hour, 26k (16.1M), 700 cals, Level 8.
Warm up: 10 mins @ +80rpm
9 x (4 mins @ +90rpm, 1 min @ +70rpm.)
Cool down: 5 mins @+80rpm.
 
I was all hot and sweaty by the end of it and it was a good hour session.  I think I will try spin fit next Tuesday night at the gym.  I’m not normally one for classes, but it looks like it would work you hard.
 
Today I have a half day to spend with my neice, and I’m hoping I can maybe get for a run in a park before it gets dark.  We will see.
