First day back to training, did my Maxwell Park run in the evening – took it easy – 3.7 miles in 31:30.
Heart rate: Ave: 157 (81%), Max: 173 (91%), Min: 82. 400 calories.
I had a nice walk to and from work – so around 500 calories burned. Decided against going to the gym to do my legs and core – I’ll do it later in the week.
