Monday night – 13 days to go…

Tonight I went to Bella park and ran the 3.5 mile hilly route – 3 x 1 miles ish.  Did it in 24 minutes – quite an easy one after a hard Saturday.

Then I went into the gym and went on the bike for an hour.  Did 20k in 44 minutes, 27k in an hour. (16.7mph).

RUN: 3.5 miles, 24 mins, 250 cals.
CYCLE: 16.7 miles, 60 mins, 725 cals.
Walk to and from work: 1.2 miles, 22 mins, 140 cals.
About 1100 cals.

All in all a good wee workout.  🙂
