WC 13th July

This week so far has been good.  4 weeks to go until the triathlon!

Monday I took a rest day.
Tuesday I did a 5k run on the treadmill in 25 minutes, then did swim session 10 – 2 minutes faster than the last time!
Wednesday I cycled 13 miles and ran 5k in the morning, then cycled another 6.3 miles and did upper weights in the evening.

I’ll put in more details in the next few entries.

Plus: my weight today remained the same – 134lbs, 23.5% fat, 55.8% water. 🙂
