Thursday night I went to the gym for an hour… 30 minutes on the bike, 8 miles, 330 calories. Then moved on to do some leg weights for half an hour before playing basketball for an hour.
Got a few good baskets in in the first game, and missed a few easy lay ups too – all before dramatically falling (or being tripped up I think) and doing a spectacular forward roll and back up on my feet again. Clattered my right knee but not much else which was impressive… got a little bruise on my knee from it but nothing to damaging!
It was a good work out, running about like a mad person…!
Bike – 330 calories.
Weights – approx 200 calories.
Basketball – approx 600 caloires.
Total : 1130 calories and I was very tired this morning to show for it.
Got swim session 9 tonight again. 🙂 before 2 rest days at he weekend.
