Cycled to the gym on Saturday – did 9 miles in total.

Then ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes at between 11kph and 13kph.  I did 2km in 10 minutes and was sweato!!

I jumped off the treadmill and went back to the dreaded leg weights … did squats, heel raises, step ups among others and did some abs work too. 

So now – two days later… my legs are killing me and my abs are a little tender….but it’s good to get back into it.  I’m going to aim to do 2 weights sessions a week. Arms one day, legs the other.

I’ve decided I am going to do more on my bike in training for the triathlon… so going to go out on Monday mornings, Wednesday mornings and Saturdays on it.  Aiming for 4 hours a week.
