All gone to plan so far…
Last night I went to the pool at 17:30, did swim session 2 in 57 minutes 13 – a whole 7 minutes faster than I did it 6 weeks ago! It felt tough getting back into it after a few weeks off, but managed to get comfortable after a few hundred metres. No idiots in my way either which was a plus.
Then I did just over a 10k (6.34 miles) last night from 1945 – 2045. Did it in exactly the same time as last week – 55 mins 30. 10k time would 54 minutes 20. Average HR 149, max 172.
SWIM: 3000m, 57 minutes, 800 calories.
RUN: 6.34miles, 55.5 mins, 650 calories.
