Two weeks to go before the 10k!

 
Here is my running training plan for the next 2 weeks.  On the rest days and some of the run days I will also be cycling, swimming and gyming it.

Weeks to Go = 2

42 mins fast (7.2 mph)

6.2 miles – 16 min warm-up,
– 5 x 3 mins with 2-min recoveries,
– 16 min cool-down

Rest

3.1 miles fast

2M easy; then either 2M fast; then 2M easy

Rest

Rest

Weeks to Go = 1

9-10 miles – 70-75 mins easy

6.2 miles – 16 mins warm up,
– 6 x 3 mins with 1 min recoveries,
– 16 mins cool down

Rest

6.2M – 16 mins fast, 8 mins easy x 2 

Rest

Rest or 4M easy with a few strides
