Wednesday night gym

Went to ladies night at the Gorbals – started on the bike for 20 minutes – did 5 miles, caught the weather and it says its going to be a scorcher on Thursday and Friday!
 
Did my re jigged weights set which worked out well.  Managed to fit it all in in about 85 mintues. Arms mostly with a bit of core and some legs work too.
 
Going to cycle to work, then to the west end at night, then to Tollcross to play BB!  🙂
