Wednesday Gym..

Last night went tot he gym – luckily it was quieter than it has been. Looks like the annual new years resoluters might be finished for the year again!
CYCLE: 20 mins, 2.5 miles, 190 cals.
WEIGHTS: Upper, 85 mins, 400 calories.
I was a little tired before I went and was a bit fed up when I was doing it, so I’ve re jigged my weights sessions so that I hopefully feel a bit more motivated when I’m doing them.  Think I need some new music too.  🙂
