Wednesday 25th

Went to the gym – ladies night was surprisingly busy…couldnt get on a machine when I went in.  Then managed to get a bike and did 20 mins, 5 miles, 200 calories.
Then went on to do weights – 100 minutes of them, 657 calories.  Mainly worked ont he upper body and managed to do about 3 proper push ups!! (along with 40 ladie ones with the knees down).  The fire alarm went off when I was there but luckily it was a false alarm and we didnt need to go out.
 
I managed to figure out how my heart rate monitor calculates calories and was surprised to fnid that weights burn around 65 calories for every 10 mins – I dont know why but I thought it would be less.  🙂  All good.
 
CYCLE: 20 mins, 5 miles, 200 calories.
WEIGHTS: Upper: 1 hour 40, 657 calories.
