Got to Tollcross gym about 20 minutes later than normal last night.
Did a 15 minute warm up on the treadmill – intervals between 6.5 – 7.5 mph for 12 minutes, then walked for 3. Did 1.5 miles, 155 calories.
Then went on to do some swiss ball work / pull ups – burned around 300 calories.
Played basketball for an hour – got the last winning shot in, and did a rather funny trick runing forwards with my hands up with someone from the other team in front of me… the ball was gonig towards her – and somehow – I managed to catch it looking the other way. I was in stitches – but you maybe needed to be there!! Missed a few blinders too!!
RUN: 1.5 miles, 15 mins, 155 calories.
WEIGHTS: 20 mins, 300 calories.
BASKETBALL: 1 hour, lost 3 games, won 1. 600 calories.
