Well – I had a bit of a sore knee on Tuesday night through wednesday – so was thinking about taking a night off from basketball and going swimming – but I had a 10 minute gentle run on the treadmill lastnight before 8 and my knee was fine. So I played basketball – rather carefully – I stood back quite a bit and think I managed to scramble one basket in.
Did the gym before hand – new core exercises – some chin ups, which I am … not very good at yet – and all the other exercises with the gym ball, weights and medicine ball. The only one I didn’t manage to fit in was the plank.
