Wednesday weigh in (18/02/09)

136 lb, 23.8 % body fat, 55.6% water.
 
Up 1 lb from last week, down in body fat.  🙂
 
I’ve done a monthly measurement of my major body parts…
 
 increased my calves and biceps by half a cm each,
reduced my hips by 1cm, and my chest and waist by 2cm in a month.
 
My weight has remained the same, but I’ve lost 0.6% body fat (half a lb).
