Went to the gym last night…20 mins on the bike, then around 1 hour 40 on the weights and mats.
Did all my upper exercises, plus a few sets of reps and side planks.
CYCLE: 20 mins, 8km, 215 calories.
WEIGHTS: 1 hour 40, 300 calories.
Tried the leg press at 160lbs..couldnt move it – lol – so moved it back down to 140lb. Knee extension and Hip extension put up to 50lbs and did 50lbs on the lateral pull down too.
I used 6kg free weights for the exercises with my legs (squats etc) and 4kgs for my arm exercises with free weights…I’ll build it up slowly over the next 2 – 3 weeks.
