Had a few days off after the run…Monday Tuesday and got back to it this morning.
Did the 5.1 miles route around Queen’s park this morning. Did it in 42 minutes. Had a bit of a tight chest, but it was ok. LIstened to the Script again, they keep me going.
Going to the gym tonight to do the Upper weights plus 30 mins on the bike, and I had a nice walk to work this morning. But it’s COLD!
