I ran on the treadmill for an hour, watched the news, then listened to Now 71…when Mcfly came on i fast forwarded it..but the rest was ok. Felt good on the run.
Then went on to do leg weights now that my legs have recovered from the last set on Monday.
RUN: 11.25k, (7 miles ), 60 min, 730 calories.
WEIGHTS: LOWER – 8kg, Step up, Squat, Abdominal twist, Heel Raise. Machines: Leg Press 140lbs, Hamstring Curl 40lbs, Knee Extension 40lbs.
That’s me done for the week! GOing xmas shopping now and going to Halfords to look at bikes, see if the one I want is made yet!!
