Here’s a picture of my starting point – an empty cold street at 7am…
Thought I would try to push myself, and with my little Ipod Nike+ thing I was able to see how fast I was going.
At my first 5 minute and 10 minute interval, I was ahead of where I usually am, so I pushed on. I got annoyed by a few cars who made me stop, but I actually improved on last nights 6k run in 30 mins!
Today I did:
RUN: 3.7 miles (6k), 29 minutes, 370 calories.
Here’s a picture of when I was finished – in my nice warm hat and long sleeved top….I’m afraid I didn’t smile as I was getting my breath back!!
