Friday night

Went straight to the pool after work…

what I wanted to try was a constant 30 lengths (750m) and see how fast I could do it in.

So I did:

20 lengths warm up FC.
With Paddles…
4 lengths FC, 2 FCAO, 4 FC, 2 FC kick.
4 FCAO, 2 FC, 4 FCAO, 2 FC kick.
4 FC, 2 FCAO, 4 FC, 2 FC kick.
10 BC, 2 BC kick

30 lenghts non stop FC – in 12 minutes exactly – that’s 24 seconds a length!
Did about 6 swim down, then finished off with 16 FCAO with paddles. Did 3000m (120 lengths in just under 1 hour). 🙂

Felt good after it, so nipped in for a quick sauna then up to the gym for: CYCLE: 10 mins, 3.65 miles, 100 calories.

Had the weekend off..and it’s starts all over again tonight… 🙂 Think I’ll do Lower weights tonight and an other….not sure which …swim or run.  🙂
