Well last night was good…I did:
RUN: 10k, 1 hour, 650 Calories.
BASKETBALL: 1 hour.. lost the first 2 games, won the last 2 games.  Played well, and only came away with 2 bruises (one on my arm, one on my toe!!) 500 calories.
(WALK to and from work: 1.2 miles, 22 mins, 160 Calories.
Total Calories for the day: 1310.  I’m going towards around 5500 calories for the week!
I found the treadmill a little monotonous…splits of 6.3 mph – 7mph…but had to walk a few times…just because I was bored!!  I decided I would go for a run this morning (Friday) to beat the cob webs away….
