Wednesday gym…

Went to the Gorbals’s had a refurb…nice white painted walls, new weights machines….
WALK: 10 mins, 0.7 miles, Calories 70
CYCLE: 20 mins, 5 miles, Calories 200
WEIGHTS: 50 mins, 15 sets: 11 x 36, 4 x 72, 6kg weight. Calories 200. 
RUN: 20 mins, 2.2 miles, Calories 250. 1st 10 mins @ 6.5 mph, 2nd 10 mins at 7 mph.
Calories 880.
Felt good after the run and my hamstring pain seems to have improved…
