Since I took the Saturday cycle and swim off, I’m going to make up for it this week…
I’ve already been out this morning – the weather was much nicer than last week – cold, but clear and no wind – and luckily for me the clocks went back so it was light, and the sun was just rising as I was getting in.
RUN: 7am, 3.7 miles, 31 mins – 1 min faster than last week. Calories: 380.
To the local park and back. Wore my new Gore trousers…phew! They are good!! And the hat is priceless!!
Tonight I’m going for half an hour on the bike, then 100 lengths!
