Thursday night – Cycle & Basketball…

Picked up my sister took her to the gym at Tollcross.
WALK to work: 1.2 miles, 22 mins, 160 calories
CYCLE: 15.4 miles, 60 mins, 650 calories
BASKETBALL: 1 hour, we won 1 out of 4 games…but we were really close!! – 500 calories.
Felt good – legs feel really worked though!! – no bruises this time, didn’t fall over once and scored a blinder of a lay up and a blinder of an over head shot!! 1310 calories burned all day!….get the night off tomorrow night – going for a curry with work!
